Delivery & Returns


Thank you for visiting We are very happy to have you! Please see our delivery details outlined below. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed.

We deliver our products using Royal Mail. Generally items will arrive within a few days, following dispatch, but we cannot guarantee delivery times with the Royal Mail so the estimated delivery date is our expectation.

In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to advise on the reason we cannot supply the Order. You may decide whether you wish to cancel the entire order, or to cancel part of the order provided that such part of the order had not yet been sent.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.

N.B.  Earrings, bracelets, necklaces and other wearable items where the packaging seal has been broken are NOT RETURNABLE for sanitary reasons.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact us at, indicating the reason for the return request and:

● Order Number
● Customer’s Name and Surname
● Product Name and Description
● E-Commerce Registration E-mail


Product Conformity

Any products you wish to return must be in perfect condition:

● They must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

● They must be returned with the seal untampered and with all the tags, labels they were delivered with, placed inside the original packaging.


How to Return Products

Products may be returned by courier service paid for by the customer to our specified mailing address. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.


What should I do if my item is damaged?


Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately at Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return or replacement of any item, we would like to know about this. Our aim is to resolve the matter for you and ask that you please contact our customer service team at

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
