HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Items are dispatched within 3 days of receipt of your order. The item will normally arrive in 3-4 working days. We endeavor to send off your item as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). Saturday or Sunday orders are posted for dispatch within 3 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do. You would usually receive your purchase within 10 to 15 days but you may receive your item later. We can't guarantee the quality of local postal services. We endeavor to send off your item as soon as possible by tracked post (within 3 working days). Saturday and Sunday orders are posted within 3 working days.

For international orders, please note that you the purchaser (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee depending on the rules of your country or economic area. We are unable to accept responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept  credit or debit card payments. When you come to the checkout page, you can proceed as a guest or you can create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a faster checkout process in future as you will save your delivery and payment details. You will be classified as an existing customer on our website and will be able to log in to your account on future visits.
